Contest opens on May 1, 2022, and closes on July 31, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. Awards will be announced in September or October 2022. You must submit both an entry form and entry fee for your product to be reviewed by the judges.
All items must be made in the Lowcountry. This means assembled and shipped. In other words, you cannot enter a product made outside of the Lowcountry then shipped here to label or add an ingredient or send it to another market to be finished. If you have questions or need clarity, email info@wearelocallife.com.
All entrants must be currently selling their item, either online or in a bricks and mortar store. This is important as a primary objective for this award is to ‘take your business to the next level’ and we expect our readers will want to buy your item right away. We must be sure that you are able to deliver on the consumer expectation to purchase right away.
There is a $50 entry fee that can be accepted via credit card, check or cash. We recommend paying online .
