Nunzio Patruno is passionate about creating memorable experiences of friendship and community that good food and wine inspire in all of us. It is normal to encounter Chef Patruno tending his garden at his latest adventure, Nunzio Restaurant + Bar, most likely thinking about what is he going to cook tonight for his guests. As a classically trained chef, he brings to the table a culmination of an impressive career from the culinary meccas of the Italian Riviera and Monaco to the popular & iconic restaurants in the Philadelphia area such as the Monte Carlo Living Room, Trattoria Primavera Pizza Kitchen and the South Jersey gem, Nunzio Ristorante Rustico.

Drink

Margaret Pearman
Co-owner of Charlie’s

Growing up in the area for the past 40 years, Margaret has seen the growth and change
firsthand. She started clearing tables and washing dishes at her father’s island restaurant,
Charlie’s L’etoile Verte when she was around ten years old. Her love of travel took her abroad
several times as a youth, and ultimately formed her love of the arts and wine. She began her
career as a wine sales rep and is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. Today, she is co-owner of Charlie’s. Her day-to-day is split between running the restaurant, raising two little girls, and painting in acrylics. Lowcountry wildlife and landscape are her inspiration for her artwork, which serves as a solace from the fast-paced life of a restauranteur.

Art

Adrianne Lively
Owner and President of Camellia Art

Independently owned and operated by Lively since its opening on Hilton Head Island in 1986, Camellia Art began as a frame shop that sold local folk art and art supplies. In 2009, Camellia Art  began exhibiting eight local artists as a fine art gallery. Now, Camellia Art now hangs diverse portfolios from over 30 artists from across the country and has since evolved into one of the area’s favorite fine art galleries and custom frame shops.

Camellia Art expanded from its one location on the South End of Hilton Head to a second location inside of J. Banks Retail Showroom on Main Street in the Fall of 2015. Camellia Art expanded once again, adding a third location on Calhoun Street in Bluffton in Spring of 2019.
