1 1/2 ounces HHD Solera Rum

1/2 ounce HHD Panela Rum

3/4 ounce lime juice

3/4 ounce simple syrup

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

5-6 mint leaves

Champagne

[1] Muddle fresh mint leaves in a shaker tin. [2] Add remaining ingredients, excluding the champagne, and shake vigorously. [3] Strain into a coupe glass and top with champagne.
