Fish Haul Beach, Hilton Head Island

Found in one of Hilton Head Island’s historic Gullah neighborhoods, Fish Haul beach is an ideal spot for a quiet escape. Be sure to bring a bucket because there are several treasures to be found on the beach. The main attraction is the shallow water and abundance of sea life. Fish Haul Beach is a great spot for fishing, and shell-collecting, with plenty of opportunities to spot dolphins and sea turtles. The sandbar creates a natural playground for children, and the warm waters are perfect for swimming. There are several restaurants and shops in the area, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping.

Monday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Dogs:

April 1 – September 30: Dogs are allowed before 10 a.m. and after 5 p.m. with Leash or Voice Control

October-March – Anytime with Leash or Voice Control
