Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces Espresso Roast Rum
3/4 ounce Jack Rudy Tonic Concentrate
4 dashes walnut bitters
Soda water
Directions
[1] Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, and swizzle. [2] Strain and pour into a Collins glass. [3] Fill to the halfway point with soda water. Top with ice. [4] Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg and a lime wheel.

Ingredients
1 ounce Tito’s Handmade Vodka
5 ounces Mexican beer
1/2 ounce ancho chili liqueur
3 ounces clamato mix
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/4 ounce pepper sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Directions
[1] Add all ingredients to a mug with ice and a chili-lime-salt rim. [2] Top with Mexican beer. [3] Garnish with grilled shrimp, a lime slice and chili-lime salt.
