Hilton Head Distillery
Solera Old Fashioned
An Old Fashioned is typically made with whiskey or bourbon, but Hilton Head Distillery makes it with Solera Aged Rum. 2 ounces Solera Rum
1 bar spoon simple syrup
4 dashes of cherry bitters
Combine in a mixing glass with ice and swizzle for 25 turns. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange swath and cherry.
Tito’s Handmade Vodka

1/2 ounce orange liqueur
2 ounces lime juice
1/4 ounce agave
