Iconic beverages with a twist

Hilton Head Distillery

Solera Old Fashioned

An Old Fashioned is typically made with whiskey or bourbon, but Hilton Head Distillery makes it with Solera Aged Rum. 1 bar spoon simple syrup

4 dashes of cherry bitters

[1] Combine in a mixing glass with ice and swizzle for 25 turns. [2] Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. [3] Garnish with an orange swath and cherry.
