Hilton Head Distillery – Chocolate-Covered Strawberry
Cupid’s on his way, and it looks like he’s bringing drinks! This love potion is a go-to for any Valentine’s Day celebration. Just don’t forget your strawberry puree or syrup for a pink hue to keep your drinking festive.
Ingredients
2 ounces HHD Island Cream Rum
1 ounce HHD Platinum Rum
0.7 ounce crème de cacao
1 ounce strawberry puree (or syrup)
3 dashes cacao bitters
Directions
Combine ingredients over ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings and a strawberry.
Burnt Church Distillery – Cupid’s Arrow
You’re not wearing rose-colored glasses — that really is a perfectly pink cocktail. With a splash of cold-brew coffee, this drink will leave you feeling, dare we say, rosy.
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces Saint Sippin’ Raspberry Moonshine
1/2 ounce cold brew coffee
1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 dashes of chocolate bitters
Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with two raspberries.
