Local Cocktail: Christmas at Dove Street

Inspired by the enterprising big city bartenders who created iconic New York-centric cocktails (like the classic Manhattan), LOCAL Life and Rollers Spirits, Wine & Cheese have leaped to the challenge of creating and adapting cocktail recipes to celebrate Hilton Head landmarks, events, and founding fathers. This month’s featured libation is called Christmas at Dove Street. Celebrate the 20 years that a few residents of the Forest Beach neighborhood wove thousands of lights through postage-stamp-sized lots to create a holiday extravaganza that would make you believe you were at the North Pole instead of steps from the beach.
