Tito’s Handmade Vodka – Tito’s Hot Pecan Toddy

Try an interesting twist on the traditional hot toddy this season. This cocktail is best enjoyed during the chilly months, especially if you’re staying in on a rainy day.

Titos-Vodka-Hot-Pecan-Toddy

Ingredients 

2 ounces toasted pecan-infused Tito’s Handmade Vodka

3 ounces hot water

1/2 teaspoon honey

1 lemon slice

Directions

[1] Add infused Tito’s Handmade Vodka to a heat-resistant glass. [2] Add hot water and squeeze lemon slice. [3] Stir in 1/2 teaspoon honey and garnish with cloves and a cinnamon stick.


 Hilton Head Distillery – Jungle Bird

The Jungle Bird was created in 1973 and served as a welcome drink at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton Hotel. The name of the cocktail referred to the birds kept in a netted area near the hotel’s swimming pool, which could be seen through a glass panel from the famous Aviary Bar. Who knew so many flavors together would be so delicious?

Ingredients 

2 ounces Solera Rum

3/4 ounce Campari

2 ounces pineapple juice

1/2 ounce lime juice

1/4 ounce Demerara simple syrup

Directions

[1] Place all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. [2] Shake and strain into a bird or tiki cup and fill with ice. [3] Garnish with 2 pineapple leaves (mimicking tail feathers), an umbrella with fruit and a silly straw.
