Sweet tea is a drink made from a tea solution that is sweetened, usually cane sugar, before the drink is ready to be served. For the Indonesian context, sweet tea with ice is usually called es teh.

Sweet Tea Citrus Spritz

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2-3 oz club soda
  • Ice
  • Lime wheel
  • Fresh rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Fill a glass with ice. Add vodka, lime juice and simple syrup. Top with club
  • soda, and stir gently. Garnish with lime and rosemary.

Notes

Pro Tip: Tap the rosemary before adding it. The aroma elevates the entire drink.
