Peach Mint Bulrush Gin Slushee
Ripe peaches and garden mint meet in this breezy slushee that tastes like sunshine in a glass. Built on Bulrush Gin and brightened with fresh lemon, it blends sweet, herbal and citrus notes into a smooth, icy sip made for porch lounging. Ingredients
- 2 ounces Bulrush Gin
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh peaches
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 4-6 mint leaves
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and slushy. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with fresh mint and a peach slice.
