Pretty as a Peach
Ingredients
Flesh from 1/2 fresh peach
2 parts lime juice
1 part simple syrup
3 parts Hilton Head Distillery Toasted Coconut Rum
Splash soda water
Fresh lime for garnish
Directions Muddle fresh peach, lime juice, and simple syrup with rum. Fill glass with crushed ice. Top off with soda water. Garnish with fresh lime wedge.
