Kim Epley, artistic director at The Studio at Farmer Blue — a 12-acre, cut-flower farm in Seabrook — showcases her love of color, blending an array of local, seasonal, fresh-cut blooms. This dahlia is known for its large, ruffled petals and creamy-to-blush hues, a true reflection of Southern grandeur — graceful, hospitable and elegant, much like a well-loved heirloom porch swing or a perfectly pressed seersucker suit.
