The “Seaweed Forest” wall hanging is 13″ at its longest, and at its widest is 8″. Hand made of clay by Full Spectrum Studio founding artist Catherine McDermott the fish swim in the forest of seaweed. Water bubbles that seem to move, geometric fish that swim, and seaweed that undulates – all are punctuated with colors applied by Cat as underglazes over which a dense clear glaze is added for brilliance and permanence.
