Classic Lemon Squares Recipe: A Hilton Head Family Favorite for Spring
Bright lemon squares with a buttery crust bring a touch of spring to the table
Every cook has that one recipe. It’s the dish friends always request, the one that appears at family gatherings or the meal they know by heart. LOCAL Life’s new Signature Dish feature celebrates those recipes by spotlighting a favorite dish from someone in the local community each month. After sharing their recipe and the story behind it, that person nominates someone else to pass along their own signature creation. Think of it as a culinary chain, with one home cook, chef, neighbor or friend connecting to the next through the dishes they love to make and share.
First up is Hilton Head Island resident and Billy Wood Appliance owner, Brantley King.
